Welcome to your tour with Europamundo! We’ll transfer you to the hotel and you’ll have some free time. In the afternoon, you’ll find information about the start of your tour on the boards located at the hotel reception.
In the morning, we´ll embark on a sightseeing tour of Lisbon, exploring the Portuguese capital of the seven hills, with its charming alleys, iconic tiles, the feeling of "saudade," and the beautiful Atlantic light. We’ll also visit the Belem neighborhood, from where the great Portuguese navigators set sail to cross the oceans in the 15th century. Free time in the afternoon to walk and go to the Bairro Alto and its viewpoint; if you’d like to, you could take an optional trip to the towns of Sintra, Cascais and Estoril. In the evening, we’ll return to the hotel from the lively Restauradores Square, filled with vibrant bars and cafes.
We’ll depart from Portugal early, crossing the picturesque region of Alentejo. We’ll stop for a coffee in Estremoz, a charming town with a medieval castle, cobblestone streets, beautiful architecture, and a peaceful atmosphere that embody the Portuguese identity. Continuing our journey towards Spain, we’ll arrive in Cáceres, where you can enjoy lunch and a stroll through its historic center—an exceptionally well-preserved medieval and Renaissance urban complex. Finally, we’ll proceed to Madrid, arriving in the evening with a transfer to Plaza Mayor, bustling with restaurants and vibrant life.
The morning will begin with a comprehensive tour of central Madrid, featuring highlights like Paseo del Prado, Cibeles, Neptuno, Puerta de Alcalá, Plaza de Colón, and Plaza Mayor. We’ll then visit Retiro Park, a beautiful oasis in the city center, where we’ll see the lake and the Palacio de Cristal. Admission is included to the Santiago Bernabéu Stadium, the home of Real Madrid—considered by many to be the best football club in the world. Enjoy the rest of the afternoon at your leisure. In the evening, we’ll provide a return transfer to the hotel.
After breakfast, our journey will come to an end, leaving you with wonderful lasting memories.
Lisbon

SINTRA CASCAIS AND ESTORIL
In this visit, you will enjoy the landscapes of the Tagus estuary, the
famous Costa del Sol, a resting place and residence of nobles in the
history of Portugal. We will stop at the wonderful city of Sintra,
immortalised by Lord Byron, and enjoy its microclimate and its many
palaces and summer homes. We will continue to the famous Guincho beach
where you will see the westernmost point in Europe, the Cabo da Roca,
and we will stop in the beautiful city of Cascais. Afterwards, we will
have a brief stop in Estoril with its famous casino. A varied tour with
beautiful landscapes overlooking the ocean and the Tagus estuary.
Madrid

FLAMENCO NIGHT WITH DINNER
And how about the evening? Let yourself be carried away by the passion of music and attend a flamenco show that releases intense emotional energy. Not just anywhere, but in a traditional grill restaurant that combines the authentic essence of Spanish cuisine with contemporary touches.
When we think of Spanish cultural heritage, the art of flamenco comes to mind. It is not just music or dance; it is a profound expression of the Spanish people´s character, a unique language conveyed through notes and body movements. Flamenco is pure passion and feeling, artistically accompanied by guitars, castanets, percussion, clapping, and the frenetic and resonant footwork. We cannot forget the timeless beauty of the flamenco dresses, iconic and constantly evolving, yet always true to their roots.
The evening will begin with a delicious dinner, and once we have our glass of sangria in hand, a group of dancers, singers, and musicians, on a nearby stage, will make us feel the full passion and power of flamenco. They will showcase few of its most well-known artistic forms: bulerías, seguidillas, fandangos, and sevillanas.
